You can order Bering watches from us in a wide choice: most of the range is women's watches, but there are men's, automatic and solar Bering models too, from several series. What kind of brand is Bering?

Bering is a Danish watch brand: it takes its name from the explorer Vitus Bering, and its design language was inspired by the Arctic. The idea was born in 2008, after René Kærskov's trip to the Arctic. The brand became known for high-tech ceramic, surgical steel and restrained Danish design – a slim case, a clean dial and very little text.

Which Bering series should you choose?

Bering Classic – the most populated line and the largest part of our range; if you do not know where to start, start here.
Ceramic – women's watches with ceramic inserts that work as jewellery too.
Titanium – a light titanium case, mainly for men, with a few 10 atm pieces.
Ultra Slim – the thinnest, made to slip under a shirt cuff.

Pebble and Max René – softer and more distinctive shapes respectively, with a smaller selection.

What determines the price of a Bering watch?

The entry level is mainly made up of Ultra Slim and Classic pieces, the Ceramic watches sit in the middle band, and the upper category is represented by the automatic and titanium models. The strap material matters too: leather-strap versions are generally more affordable, while watches with a metal or ceramic bracelet cost more. We tend to say: whoever buys their first Bering will easily find something they like in the Classic series, at the brand's more affordable tier.

How does a Bering watch cope with water?

More than half of the range is 3 atm, which means hand washing and rain, but not a shower. The 5 atm models also handle splashing water well, but for swimming we recommend only the 10 atm pieces – you will find these mainly in the Titanium series. If needed, the service will also check the water resistance.
