What size women's steel watch should you choose?
On a slim wrist, a 26–32 mm case is the most proportionate, which is what most Bering Classic models, the Cluse Gracieuse Petite and the Longines La Grande Classique offer. If you want a more fashionable, bolder watch, the 34–36 mm Tissot PRX or Longines Conquest is a good direction. A Milanese mesh steel strap hugs the wrist softly, while a linked metal bracelet looks sportier.
Gold, silver or rose: which color of steel watch?

What to look out for when buying
Most of the range is quartz, which is accurate and does not need to be worn in order to keep running. You will find automatic women's watches among the Tissot, Longines and Seiko models. For water resistance, 3–5 atm is common; if you wash dishes or swim in it, look for 10 atm.

A durable IP coating wears slowly with normal use, mainly on the clasp and the edges of the case. If you wear it carefully and do not rub it against surfaces, it stays beautiful for a long time.
