Genuine or aftermarket: which strap do you need for your 16 mm watch?
If you own a Tissot, Cluse or Rosefield watch, it is worth choosing the brand's own strap, because these match the buckle and case of the model. Tissot is a Swiss watch brand founded in 1853 and a member of the Swatch Group; its genuine 16 mm straps are made for the smaller women's models. Most Cluse straps are quick-release, so you can swap them at home.
Which 16 mm leather straps can you choose from?
For a watch from another brand, Hirsch and Rochet straps are the way to go. Hirsch Crocograin has a crocodile-style grain, the Rainbow series brings vivid colours, and the Duke L is a longer version for larger wrists. From Rochet you can pick the New York, the Charleston in brown, the Buffalo in black and cognac brown, or a white leather strap.

Measure the inner distance between the two lugs of the case in millimetres, or check the number printed on the back of your old strap. If it comes out at 16, that is the size you need.
