Yes. Cosmos models are rated 10 atm, meaning they were tested to a pressure equal to 100 metres. In practice that means you do not have to take it off in the pool, the lake or the sea. Just one thing: after salt or chlorinated water, rinse it with tap water so the strap and the case stay beautiful.
