What watches are in the Elegance Lady series?
Small, flat cases, metal or leather straps, lots of mother-of-pearl and white dials, sometimes with tiny crystals. These are not "look at me" watches, but the ones you wear with a blouse, a dress and every day. Most of the series is Eco-Drive, a smaller part is quartz.
Eco-Drive or quartz Elegance Lady?
If you tend to be a bit less careful with your watch, we recommend the Eco-Drive: it will not run flat because of a battery over the months, and it is enough for it to get light during the day. The quartz version is a little more affordable and can be even slimmer, but the battery needs replacing every few years, which our own service does for you.
What to consider if you are buying it as a gift
- Wrist size: if you do not know it, measure a bracelet she wears and compare it with the case size given on the product page.
- Colour: silver, gold or rose gold – look at what jewellery she wears.
- Water resistance: most models are 5 ATM, which is enough for hand washing; a few are 3 ATM and need to be kept away from water.
