The history of the Bruno Söhnle watch began in 1957, when Bruno Söhnle joined his older brothers' "Heges" watch factory in the Swabian town of Wurmberg. At just 17 years old, he was fascinated by the idea of putting cutting-edge technology into the tight space of a wristwatch on people's wrists. His path to his own watch brand is marked by ups and downs, as with all people. But his will and tenacity to plan the lessons himself paid off. In 2000, on his 60th birthday, active entrepreneur Bruno Söhnle launched his own watch brand. In Glashütte, Saxony, he first relied on the construction of classic watches with quartz movements. "With this step," says Bruno Söhnle, "my best time began." - the slogan of the Bruno Söhnle watch brand was born. In 2010, a new era began in the watch workshop of Bruno Söhnle in Glashütte: in addition to quartz watches, they now also built mechanical watches.
